Neal was the backbone of our development effort.  He has strong leadership skills and provided a lot of direction during the semester.  We were lucky to have someone with his experience on our team.

Neal is very strong technical member of our team.  He has been the technical lead and structured our design process.  He is very willing to help others with the technical details.  And, he is open to comments and suggestions >from others on things that could be changed.

Neal was a key to the success of our team.  Not only did he provide the link to the Mission itself, he led the web programming side of the team.  Neal always seemed willing to teach those who were willing to learn.  I was amazed by his patience when it came to working with members of the team who had little programming experience.

Neal is AMAZING!  His ability and effort exerted on the website is unbelievable.  Another thing that I really liked about Neal was that he would help me understand some of the concepts in class that I was having trouble with – he wanted to make sure that I understood things.

Because I switched teams a couple of weeks in the semester, I was somewhat concerned about joining a team that had already gotten started.  The Business Plan was due the following week and I really wanted to be a significant contributor.   I was thrilled to be able to join this team and Neal right away made me feel extremely comfortable.  He was very humble about presenting the Mission and our team’s project and I felt like I got off on the right foot largely because of him.  Neal’s “web” expertise was invaluable to this team.  He was able to help the team organize the web-based activities and assign responsibilities.  Neal was always available to help.

Neal's experience in web development shone in the development in
RedBirdCrafts.org.  His contributions and ability to change on a dime
allowed the group to overcome several technical hurdles (switching >from
ASP to PHP, then Access to MySQL).  Neal's contributions to the Business
Plan helped shape and mold it and lended it extra credibility
